I have pain in the butt area (and under sitting bone) after sitting for long (>2hrs) . I do not have any bedsore or redness or any other external symptoms on the skin. Perhaps there is some sore like state under the skin. Any solution for this? The pain goes off immediately after i stop sitting. I have tried to increase the thickness of my cushion but it of no use.

Hi does any of you know that the TBC spray mentioned in the link below is available in India? It seems a very promising treatment as this guy not only got rid of his bedsore but also eliminated pain with it. So I would be very grateful if somebody provides me information about the availability of such spray or lotion or cream that contain Castor oil, balsam peru, or trypsin, three ingredients in the TBC spray in India.

Dont know about TBC Spray is in India if its there it would be most useful to many of SCIs.
Just for your information there is one Bedsore spray called Miracle Mist Skin Spray from USA please visit on the link http://www.badassspray.com.
At ISIC, Vasant Kunj, Delhi, they have ordered some and they have found it helpful to those who have bedsore. One quad is using this and said its useful.

Thanx for your reply. Yes Roho cushion is something I am thinking about. How is ur experience with using it? If u sit on ur chair with this cushion whole day do u still get no pain? Have u made comparisons of sitting with normal cushion to Roho cushion. How much difference is there with it? Cud u also tell me what is the price for it at Delhi. This is for me the biggest issue as far as quality of life goes as my whole life has been hijacked by this butt pain.
Also i think even with this cushion I might still have problem as i get pain even in the morning when i wake up if i haven't slept sideways the whole night and if i sleep on my back so I do need that spray. Anybody with the info of any spray or cream or lotion that contain either of the three ingredients Castor oil, Balsam peru, or Trypsin please let me know.
