How the pain can be reduced? Does Pregabalin help in reducing pain? Also, when my father tries to shift into or out of wheelchair, his legs become rock stiff and pose resistance. I saw a number of videos on youtube where paraplegics are handling their legs like a breeze. Whether there are any specific medcines for this problem?

I m a bank officer and have to sit around 8 to 9 hrs in office.I also have to purchase a wheelchair and cushion.Does injury level matters in selection of a wheelchair?? please guide me.My level is D2-D3.Rightnow I am at Ranchi(Jharkhand)
